This adorable 9ct gold fob pendant, dating back to the mid to late 19th century, features hand engraving of blossoming flowers along each side of the stem with a carved butterfly intaglio of white chalcedony at the base.
No stamps are visible to the piece, which is typical of antique intaglio fobs, the piece has been XRF verified to solid 9ct yellow gold, and a metal jump ring attaches to the top. As we acquired the intaglio seal with the metal jump ring we have left as is, however the metal ring can easily be removed if required.
Measuring a miniature 1.80cm in height, this sweet antique intaglio seal would make the perfect adornment on your bracelet or gold necklace.
