From the Edwardian era, circa 1905, comes this sleek antique gold necklace. Crafted from 9ct rose gold, this 19-inch long necklace features a timeless design of smooth, rounded curb links that elegantly graduate from 8mm at the front to 3.75mm at the back.
Adding further antiquity charm is the presence of gold guarantee '9' '.375' stamps to most of the links, and maker's mark 'H. A & S' from the renowned Birmingham chain manufacturer, Henry Allday & Son adds to its history. A pair of sturdy dog clips at the back neck nicely complete the necklace.
A matching t-bar medallion pendant is also available for purchase separately, giving a complete Albert chain look, if you desire!

The antique necklace presents in excellent condition. Besides general surface wear, the links are in superb condition with no thinning or damage noted. Clasps work well with good tension. A wonderful antique necklace! |
