A regal antique signet ring from the Victorian era, c1900! The ring is made of 9ct gold - a lovely subdued, warm antique pink gold colour. The broad appearance of the ring gives a wonderful bold look which would suit a man or woman's finger. It measures 9.90mm wide at the top and tapers down to 6.60mm wide at the base. The finger size is rather small and would compliment nicely on the pinky finger. The centrepiece is a well defined shield-shape which features an elaborate hand engraved monogram - "HOL". The letter "H" is slightly time-worn and the overall hand engraving is not as crisp as it would've been 120 years ago ... adding lovely antiquity character! The shoulders are adorned with three pierced lines either side as well as grooved lines across each. A smooth flat profile shank makes up the rest of the ring. There are no stamps evident to the ring, tests indicate 9ct gold.
A gorgeous antique signet ring, perfect for the pinky finger!
