A dazzling vintage diamond cluster ring from the 1970's! The beautiful 'flower' design is made of 9ct yellow gold and boasts seven natural brilliant diamonds. A border of six sparkling diamonds surround a 0.25ct early brilliant cut diamond at the center, forming a cluster. Collectively, the overall estimated diamond weight is 0.55ctw and each diamond is set in a classic claw collet setting, resembling the look of a sparkling white flower, with the center stone resting slightly higher above the surrounding stones. The cluster setting is suspended onto an open wire basket style undercarriage, which allows light to filter through for maximum brilliance to the diamonds. An upswept tear-shape shoulder adds further design, as well as forming a solid structure to the ring. Completing the design is a smooth band that tapers inward at the top, the shank is stamped "375" denoting 9ct gold.
A radiant diamond cluster ring which would make a nice addition to the ring stack, or could make a wonderful engagement ring!
