A lovely pair of vintage citrine earrings from the mid 20th century, circa 1950! Made of 14ct yellow gold, each earring features a beautiful faceted oval-shaped natural citrine gemstone. These dazzling beauties have been cleverly converted from non-pierced earrings into modern-day 'easy wear' pierced earrings. The eye is drawn to the lush golden yellow citrines which catch the light beautifully in the lobe! Collectively, the oval-cut stones are estimated to weigh 3.00 carats. Each stone rests in a gorgeous buttercup prong style setting which adds a gorgeous three-dimensional look. The back retains the original wire from the threaded fittings which have been formed into hooks allowing for effortless wear, and an elegant look. The silicon earring backs are included for safety, or you may desire another stopper fitting. No stamps are evident and tests indicate the earrings to be 14ct gold.
These timeless dazzling earrings have a versatile style, night or day! A perfect gift for the citrine admirer!
