A charming antique ladies or child's hair barrette clip from the Edwardian era, c1910! Made of 9ct silver lined; a gorgeous sleeve of warm 9ct rose gold is layered to the silver giving the look and feel of solid gold (a common early to mid 20th century technique). The elongated and concaved clip features lovely hand engraved flourishes, adding gorgeous antiquity charm! A simple wire clip securely fastens to a fixed loop at the back. Stamps to the back of the clip are worn, albeit appears to read "9CT SILVER LINED". The antique clip measures approximately 2" inches long.

A unique and appealing accessory in the hair. It would also make the perfect gift to that vintage obsessed lady who has everything!
