Pretty in pink springs to mind with this magnificent pink tourmaline and diamond ring! Notable in size and an eye-catching design the ring is made in 18ct white gold and has a trilliant-shaped cluster. The eye is drawn to the centre luscious pink tourmaline which features a lovely trilliant checker-cut table, giving a scintillating effect from the surface of the tourmaline. The tourmaline weighs approximately 3.96 carats and is secured by a corner double claw design. The tourmaline bestows a bright raspberry pinkish red colour, also known as 'rubelite' material. Stepped down and framing the tourmaline is eighteen round brilliant cut diamonds of approximately G-H colour, VS clarity and 0.30 carats total estimated weight. The diamonds add a sparkling contrast, each diamond is individually set into partial bezel four claw settings. There is a wire basket-style undercarriage, and a sturdy 3.30mm wide shank with upswept and split shoulder design completing ring.
The estate ring is made in 18ct white gold with corresponding stamps inside shank; "G750", "T3.96" and "D0.30" (tourmaline and diamond carat weights), as well the makers mark "Green G" stamped to opposite side.
Finger size measures 6 61/4 (USA) or M (AUS) and can be adjusted to a degree.
The ring was appraised in January, 2018 by an independent and accredited NCJV Valuer/ FGAA Gemologist, and has a stated retail replacement value of AUD $6,825.
The ring is very chic in person and would look glam worn on special occasions!
